Cancelling your appointment less than 48hrs will result in the deposit being lost. Equally rescheduling the appointment less than 24hours will also result in the deposit being lost. Group bookings and photoshoots require a 72hrs cancellation notice, any cancellations less than 72hrs will result in a 50% payment fee of the total booking fee.
The deposit will be deducted from the total of your original booking.
